Shane
Farm Manager
Shane has 30 years of experience in preparing, training and conditioning horses. His expertise in keeping equine athletes sound and mentally at their peak has culminated in multiple Group-level successes in harness racing and experience with thoroughbreds, standardbreds and equestrians. Shane is meticulous about the detail of care for every horse.
Naomi
Farm Manager
Naomi is passionate about the physical and mental wellbeing of horses in the stable. She’s worked with horses her whole life and has competed at high levels in equestrian sports. Her years of experience in equine rehabilitation includes work as a vet nurse where she developed a keen interest in equine rehabilitation and wellbeing.
Ryan
Ryan is a talented young horseman who is among Victoria’s top 10 harness racing drivers and Australia’s representative in Europe in 2023. His calm and composed demeanor makes him a natural in equine management.
Abby
Abby’s loved horses since she could walk and believes only a happy, healthy horse can bring its best. Abby is building her success as a harness racing driver, and is dedicated to every detail to achieve great results.
Grace
Grace found her way into the equine industry despite no family background in horses or equine sports. But she has certainly found her niche and is passionate about her career and the animals she cares for.
Brian
The ever-reliable Brian is our “everything guy”. He’s the one quietly working away in the background and getting things done to ensure everything at Willowood is running like clockwork! Thanks Brian!
